Each corporation must keep at its principal executive office in California, or if its principal executive office is not in California, at its principal business office in California, the original or a copy of its bylaws as amended to date.

The corporation, upon the written request of any shareholder, must furnish to that shareholder a copy of the bylaws as amended to date.
